If you’re nodding along, we’d love to explore how you can contribute to our passionate team of Montessorians, entrepreneurs, and educators!

Role Overview: The Guide will spend five days a week in the studio, engaging with students, guiding their learning, and helping to create a nurturing, joyful environment. • Has a lifelong love of learning and curiosity about the world.

  • Thrives in a startup environment and enjoys experimenting and evolving.

  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans, independent learning exercises, and curricula.

  • Foster a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom where all students feel valued.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with students.

  • Set an exemplary standard for students, modeling values like honesty, accountability, respect, and kindness.

  • Monitor student progress and provide written reports.

  • Ensure classroom supplies and equipment are ready and functional.
